Not too long ago, I remember my friend and officemate inviting me to join Friendster. I wasn't sure about it then. I thought it was Jologs (a filipino slang word for country people). But what the heck, I don't want to get left behind. The Pinoys are well known of their hospitality and friendliness. Hence, online communities are being gobbled up by Pinoys. Multiply soon followed, then Myspace but none has gone as far as Friendster for Pinoys. Americans have their myspace and we have friendster! By this, we also express our individuality by using our own colloquial native words. Pinoys now have their chance to show their feelings and keep in touch with these very localized glitter comments. Speaking of friendster, would you add me up too?
